Consultation Skills Training

Consulting skills are pivotal to Clinic success, enhancing patient satisfaction, retention and recommendations to potential patients. They also increase physician satisfaction and retention whilst preventing complaints. Dr Richard Styles has an expertise in this field having written about the Consultation and lectured at the Royal Society of Medicine in London on the subject. He leads small workshops of Physicians dealing with the subject and is happy to also engage with individual Physicians when such need is perceived by Clinic Managers. Workshops are in 2 parts and cost €200 per participant. Individual work is at €300 for 2 sessions

We work across 8 modular areas, shown below. Each Module has a detailed questionnaire which is then analysed and written feedback is given in 5 working days, this is then followed by a consultation to highlight areas of excellence and to develop strategies and interventions for improvement. There is an accompanying presentation and resource material for each module. The package cost is €475 for each module, please request a discount for 2 or more modules. A follow up questionnaire and consultation to solve any ongoing problems or difficulties is available at €300
