      THE MODULAR APPROACH

      We use a modular approach to your activities - the modules listed to the right and below. Each module works through a questionnaire, its written analysis and an online discussion highlighting interventions to bring enhanced reputation and profitability. Each module is priced at €475.

      Business Strategy

      Through an analytical approach you will develop skills to identify positive and negative aspects of your current operation as well as strategies for developing new business. These interventions will help to bring increased profitability, enhanced reputation, and sustainability.

      Operational Efficiency

      You will standardise and streamline your common Clinic activities - appointments, complaints, ordering and reporting tests, pricing new services, staff appointments and activity analysis and reporting - you will use standard operational procedures to deliver these activities with efficiency and competence

      Financial Management

      You will enhance profitability through effective activity analysis, you will increase productivity and control expenditure, identifying and developing new income generation from corporate clients. Through budgetary control and management of insurance company receivables you will improve cash flow. Your time management will be enhanced and your financial stress minimised.

      Regulatory Compliance

      You will operate in accordance with national legislation for both Clinic and Medical Staff Licensing, Employment Law, Medical Records and Data Compliance, Confidentiality, Complaints and Malpractice Insurance. You will regulate the use of Secondary Providers bringing together all these regulatory aspects into an effective group of Standard Operational Procedures.

      Marketing Strategies

      You will develop a clear, structured approach to attracting and retaining patients by understanding your market, strengthening your Clinic’s reputation, and communicating your services effectively. Through optimised digital presence, corporate partnerships, patient experience, referrals, and social media, your Clinic will increase visibility, trust, and long-term patient engagement.

      The Patient Experience

      You will focus on "The Patient Journey" - from initial contact to discharge, realising how this is pivotal to your success, reputation and marketing by your patients. We will help to enhance your staff's consulting and administrative skills. You will use patient feedback to constructively enhance their experience whilst increasing professional satisfaction and retention of your team.

      Staff Recruitment and Training

      High quality and motivated staff with high levels of staff retention are pivotal to your success. You will consider how to select quality staff, support them through an induction process and monitor them through their probationary period. You will create an educational environment for all staff, appraising their performance and effectively sustaining their motivation and teamwork.

      Technological Integration

      You will understand the importance of the integration of medical records and business activity and how this can be released against a background of national directives. You will explore and develop the integrated use of telephone and video consulting and their limitations. Finally the module will consider the use if A.I. both by patients and Physicians and how this can be integrated.
